    kindle unlimited, the blurb did not really tell me what this book was supposed to be about, totally different that what it seemed, many times words put together that made no sense, others with run on clauses {no, one is not supposed to use 2, 3, or more clauses in same sentence, and put in 'but' then put in 'but' again, or that type thing, was throughout the book}, and basically it was more a story of sorts but not even full one, about military time yet jumping around so confusing. Add in other kindle unlimited, the blurb did not really tell me what this book was supposed to be about, totally different that what it seemed, many times words put together that made no sense, others with run on clauses {no, one is not supposed to use 2, 3, or more clauses in same sentence, and put in 'but' then put in 'but' again, or that type thing, was throughout the book}, and basically it was more a story of sorts but not even full one, about military time yet jumping around so confusing. Add in other basic issues such as San Diego is USMC training for males, WEST of Mississippi, Paris Island is USMC training for males EAST of the Mississippi, and for all female marines. Then there were a few gadgets listed, none of which would help certain types {diabetic, hypoglecemic, low carb, etc} just lumped all types in together and only talked about exercise which in and of itself leaves out a lot of types of people. Found it interesting, somewhat, but NOT an actual book on weight loss/fitness. this rating was to match the did not like of amazon {which is a 2, but the meaning is did not like on both, for amazon a 1 is hated it}
