   Not a casual read, but rich in professional insight. I get so tired of reading books that should have been published in oinly a few pages. This is not one of them. I have an undergraduate degree in communications, and found this to be a nice refresher in advertising and marketing, but also full of insight into applying today's resources and methodologies to eBay. I also use this book in my teaching as an eBay Education Specialist. Not a casual read, but rich in professional insight.
