Great read. I love the fact that Staci allows the young characters to get spiritually intimate with God instead of physically intimate with each other.

She went from crushing over Nelson to loving him and their love continues to grow as she becomes his safe place. As Nelson's relationship with his father and his home environment becomes increasingly unbearable she becomes his happy place. This author writes a compelling story with details and little things that make it real and take you back to your own time in high school. It brings to mind the emotional battles and sibling rivalry. Invested in their happiness hoping they find it. This is the first series I have read by this author and I truly have enjoyed it. The author writes a great clean story which can appeal to all ages. This is a really good series and I would recommend it.

The Taste of Tears The Taste of Tears - I'd say I know that flavor well after reading this novel. Tears times a thousand! I love that this series evokes such an emotional response from the reader. I'll try to be patient while waiting for the next book in this series but I'm not certain I'll be successful. I can't wait to see Lauren have her time in the spotlight. While this ending was sad, I'm still eager to see Paige blossom out from under the shadow of her sister and for Nelson to find himself The Taste of Tears The Taste of Tears - I'd say I know that flavor well after reading this novel. I hope that somewhere in the future we'll get a happy ending for these two. Patience...

This is for young adults, rather than most of the authors books I have read. The drama of first love, which ?Nelson and Paige have. Living at home with his father and step mother. He loves to write music, and the decisions he makes affects them both. The music, and with her singing drew them together. Would also be something to draw them apart with his decisions.

Interesting I read this as a way not to think. At times it was boring. Also, too many words were used to express the feelings of the characters. The book has a good storyline and expresses the thoughts and feelings of teenagers very accurately. Thanks for writing it.

I think the main character has issues. Not a positive trait. She has mental health problems.

Warning - Tears for all Such a beautiful love story, ripped my heart out at the end though. Not what I expected after the first book. Moving to book three now.

I am enjoying this series but I did like the first book better. I don't think this book flowed as well as it could have and I wish there was more music in it. I am looking forward to the next one. I am enjoying this series but I did like the first book better. I don't think this book flowed as well as it could have and I wish there was more music in it.
