I found quite a few good recipes in here that I can't wait to try out. I found quite a few good recipes in here that I can't wait to try out.

Should have been named 100 Simple and Delicious International Recipes.... A lot of hard to find ingredients and instructions on how to make you own ghee. Only a couple of recipes that I can see myself making. Glad I picked up from the library!

Good instant pot recipes; however, only a handful of recipes caught my attention. Complicated recipes or exotic ingredients are not for me. I may borrow it again from my local library, but would not buy it for sure.

This is a really simple, comprehensive book for anyone looking for some guidance as well as recipes for their instant pot. Clear directions and some good pictures. I’m actually going to purchase this one.

This looks terrific on a quick read through. The recipes are simple and cover a decent range from simple American to exotic cuisine without using too many specialty ingredients. I still need to test the recipes, but I think it looks like good stuff I would want to eat.

This is one of a series of books (Authorized by Instant Pot, not sure if that means recipes tested or just read and said “that will work”) with similar covers by different authors. I learn a bit more with each title.

Loving the instant pot life! A few recipes I'd like to try out. But major deduction points for the recipe pictures not match the recipes. What is the point of them then? Like clearly there are olives in the dish pictured, but no olives in the recipe on the adjoining page. HORRIBLE. Loving the instant pot life! A few recipes I'd like to try out. Urvashi isn’t just a genius with Instant Pots and Indian food; she stretches across every border and helps us travel around the world with food. “Tough to find” ingredients are all available on Walmart.com or amazon.com, so nothing is hard to find. Amazeballs!!

My husband surprised me with this book. Another cookbook?! Then I flipped through it, found two recipes I l know well, and was delighted! A book by my favorite low carb instant pot blogger! Yesssss! Not just any cookbook, but one that is full of recipes I love. I tried two new recipes this week.

Hmmmm... so this book title is confusing because the recipes are all like international type recipes. I found a couple I would try but not the book thought I was getting

Simple my foot. These recipes are very fancy, and not in a good way. Plus, some of them sound gross. I know that's personal taste, but that's what this review is, after all: my personal taste. Great for instructions on the Instapot. Generally found the recipes helpful but had to make adjustments as the food came out overcooked and in too much sauce (probably because of the Instapot).

Super easy and delicious recipes. Great pictures, too. I tried several of them and they come out delicious every time. I turned several of the recipes into rice dishes by simply adding a cup of rice and a cup of water to the recipe and cooking altogether. Came out great!
