    This book is certainly not just about food. It also introduces us to a variety of pressure pots to give you the best when it comes to cooking. Keto diet introduces you to a variety of low-carb diet. It discusses over a hundred and fifty different diets you can select from. I may not be a big fan of the weight loss program, I only found it interesting that this book can be added to my list of recipe books. As someone who loves to cook, I have always looked for ways to improve my library of This book is certainly not just about food. If the diet program works, its fine for me and if it doesn’t, well, I still didn’t lose a thing. I still get my collection of a variety of dishes to hold onto. I am certainly considering picking up one of those pressure pots I found in this book. I love it when a book gives you the reason to try out new ideas. If you love cooking like I do and wish to expand your variety, be sure to pick up this book. You certainly will find one or two dishes that will interest you.

I do want to start by saying to double check the ingredients in the recipes. Some of the ingredients listed are not strict Keto and can cause blood sugar spikes which can knock you out of Ketosis. That being said, most of the recipes are Keto and the things that arent can Can’t wait to try some of the recipes! Keto Diet Instant Pot Cookbook: The Complete Keto Instant Pot Guide & Recipe Book- Over 150 Low Carb Recipes for your Pressure Cooker by Sylvia Wilson is a great look at the Keto diet. I do want to start by saying to double check the ingredients in the recipes. Some of the ingredients listed are not strict Keto and can cause blood sugar spikes which can knock you out of Ketosis. That being said, most of the recipes are Keto and the things that aren’t can easily be switched out for other options such as instead of half and half use heavy whipping cream, or instead of carrots use zucchini or squash. I have been looking for more ways to incorporate my pressure cooker into my Keto lifestyle ever since I made the switch last year, so I’m excited to try some of these recipes and see how it goes! Tomorrow morning I’ll be trying an omelet in the IP for sure!!
