   3.5 stars for me. But if you are a new restaurant entrepreneur well above 4, so I think a straight 4 is about right. An updated restaurant operators playbook (like the title implies) putting culture and people first. I was able to skim it in a couple of hours and think my team at Boloco would gain a great deal by each having a copy and reviewing it with their teams. Good checklists and action items it seemed to me, especially for newer business owners in the industry. I hoped personally for more 3.5 stars for me.
