Over half of this comic didn't seem to really have any story. I also remember having read this, so I guess this is around the place where I stopped reading - I know I've been saying this a lot, but this time I remember the story-line with the Jensen-girl and I remember being as annoyed with it back when as I am now. I can't tell you why, though. One thing I know made me roll my eyes in this series, is how the authors seem to forget the original hobbies of the characters. I wish we could see some more of Taranee's photographing instead of her getting another hobby she's supposedly really good at - which I also have some trouble believing, because I used to dance myself and knew a lot of dancers. None of them had Taranee's personality. Her personality doesn't fit with dancing, I think. It would be better if they let maybe Irma be good at dancing, as she doesn't really have a hobby that we've gotten to know about. She's just random and all over the place. I would love if she was a good dancer naturally. Anyway, art still there and I'm glad all the drama is over with, but overall I feel this album is missing something. I think, if not for these books coming out all at a time (at least the arcs are published at the same time) I might have dropped reading around here as well. I feel like things have stopped a little at this point, you know? There need to happen something new and interesting to keep the interest going.

W.I.T.C.H, Orube and Himerish know the truth about Phobos and are ready to break into the Tower of Mists to free Elyon before all her power can be drained - but it will mean going undercover and not being found out before it's too late! Gnone wraps up another amazing arc with this intense entry that will keep fans on the edge of their seats. How long can the girls keep their mission a secret before Phobos catches on? I think these are so cute! IT HAS ROMANCE IN IT AS WELL! Sorry I am in a romance book mode. This is 100% clean, and good for 8 and up! Sorry short review, I am in another book... and IT ALSO HAS ROMANCE!

The Trial of the Oracle wraps up nicely here and we have about half a book of filler/set-up for the next arc. I thought the ending to the arc was great, really emphasizing teamwork and cleverness, and I definitely enjoyed the renewed focus on Elyon and the character growth of the Oracle. Even the filler stories are pretty good, as we haven't gotten to see the girls just living their normal life in a while (besides Will and Matt willfully and endlessly misunderstanding each other). Speaking of Will and Matt, the book fakes us out with another possible misunderstanding before actually having them get along for a change. I'm pretty sure every scene with them together has at least one of the two thinking in their head all the things they can't bring themselves to say. So much so that I don't think they've ever really said much at all to each other. These two have the worst relationship. Curious to see where the story goes from here. Looking forward to the next book!

I read this in one sitting. I felt it was the perfect blend between the problems in Kandrakar, woven with the problems in the girls daily lives. Also, I love how far the Oracle has come in these novels. I love the turn in his personality. The tough of lightheartedness in his speech, seeing the way he works so well with the girls. He has earned my respect to the utmost.

Felt like a little more filler than previous books, but at least it didn't slow down the climax. Still very fun. Felt like a little more filler than previous books, but at least it didn't slow down the climax. Still very fun.
