These are three action thriller books that are sure to keep you turning pages late into the night.  - PAPAL JUSTICE - Kidnappings and brutal killings in Mexico... A border problem that the United States won't fix... A Pope and a president faced with a common enemy... What if the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church had a secret order of warriors monks who could do his bidding? And what if said order was tasked, by the Pope himself, to find the terrorists who were not only focused on killing Catholic priests, but using them to gain entry into the United States? The Holy See approaches U.S. President Brandon Zimmer with his dilemma, asking for assistance in the matter. Who else would Zimmer choose to aid the warrior monks other than former Marine, Cal Stokes, and his team at The Jefferson Group? - THE ZIMMER DOCTRINE - While The Zimmer Doctrine stands as a beacon of courage and hope, its architect, American President Brandon Zimmer, still needs his most important ally at his side. But rocked with personal loss, and a nagging sense of doubt and inevitability, Cal Stokes may no longer be the man to stand with his friend, or to lead the warriors of The Jefferson Group. What does the future hold for this once stalwart patriot, and what might his inaction mean for America and its allies? - SABOTAGE - What happens when an American president sends a pair of elite operatives to spy on the illicit activities of another superpower? Everything goes well until unseen forces take down said operatives' plane home. Now grounded and under fire, Delta Force Colonel Vince Sweeney makes the only call he can; to Cal Stokes and his band of warriors at The Jefferson Group. But as the noose tightens, and with the political landscape deteriorating, will Cal's warriors be in time to help?

Not as good as the previous The first in this trilogy was OK. The second was confusing and convoluted. The third was so far out in left field you couldn't see hoje plate. Yes, it is fiction but, it shouldn't be fantasy. A President going off willy nilly to be with troops or drop out of sight for a while to build a camp ground. The dog was almost as unbelievable. I have had dogs all my adult life and not a single one didn't need to be trained. Some easier than others but trained none the less. Be Not as good as the previous The first in this trilogy was OK. Better and better and better I have now read the first twelve stories of the Corps Justice Series a DI am ready for twelve more. Like Vince Flynn (we sorely miss him) and David Baldacci, C.G. Cooper keeps getting better, his stories more tightly woven, his characters more believable and his plots and suspense edge of the seat. He is up there with W.E.B. Griffin now as far as following a story thread or like David Baldacci’s Camel Club series. These books are great.
