This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future. 2 stars... Huh?! So, I started this series with book 2 and I thought it was pretty good, minus some grammar mistakes and a few holes in the story, it just wasn't fleshed out enough but, I was forgiving since this seems to be a new author, until I read this book. I know these are short stories and they won't have quite so many details but there definitely needs to be more world building so you understand the characters better. That being said, the major issue I have is with the MC she has self-esteem and sel Huh?! This was a quick, sexy paranormal read. Jenna's encounters with all the guys made the book unputdownable. Each one was steamier than the last. Actually, scratch that... I think the non-boyfriend ones were the best! (Probably because Finn was an idiot.) Finn accepting those texts from Celine was damn ridiculous. And admitting that it was "guaranteed to get him hot and horny"... I would've bashed his teeth in. What an a**hole. Definitely one-clicking the next book in the series, The Castle!
