Cute paranormal cliffhanger, may be the beginning of a romance between Elizabeth and Digger. 3.5 stars

I voluntarily read this amazing novellet and thoroughly enjoyed this opener for the Prophecy Unravelled series. I laughed and growled while reading the story. I look forward to seeing what comes next. This is a first for me by Rin Grey, but if her other works are as good as this was....I will be more than happy to follow along. Elizabeth looks like my kind of rebel and I'd like to know how she is able to stay out of the Dome. This was a really short read and it left me wanting more. I didn't know at first if it would be something that I would like or not. The author did a great job building up the story. I just didn't know what would happen next and how it would end. I would like to see if there is more to come from these characters. I voluntarily read an ARC copy of this book. Short, but intriguing – ready for more!! Digger is on guard duty. The front gate is usually a slow shift as no one attacks the main gate. As he is getting off duty he grabs a young man who is running from the captain of the guard. The captain has lost his cool and wants the young man executed where he stands. Digger doesn’t like the changes the new captain has put in, and insists on a trial for the young man. We get just enough background to know this is going to get really good!! **I am voluntarily leaving my honest review of this book**

Good beginning! This novella give enough background without letting in to much of the future. The characters were developed very well for such a short story!

Do The Right Thing This book was different in that it did not involve dragons which are my favorite. I will admit the story developed in such a way that it will keep the reader engaged. Looking forward to seeing what the author does with this cast of character and what mayhem they will experience.. I have voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC received from the author.

Although this is very short, the characters are well defined, the story line is promising, the ending hints that there could be more. I'd like to see more of these characters. This is a short story, but it kept my interest and made me want to learn more of the story of Digger, Elizabeth, Benjay, and Azie. I am especially interested to learn Elizabeth's backstory and more about the Dome and its inhabitants. A short tease with a good promising story-line and strong characters for the start of a series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Standing up for right can get you into a passel of trouble. Digger has no idea what the future holds, but I'm hoping to find out with him! Standing up for right can get you into a passel of trouble. Digger has no idea what the future holds, but I'm hoping to find out with him!
