   This book has information that might help someone that needs it to escape the demons of their own creation. If you are offended or do not like the word god, simply omit it from the book from your mind and although it might be hard to do. It might be worth doing because what do you have to loose if you need this book then obviously you need information that might help you to turn your life around.    A useful introduction/overview to the 12 Steps for those who were damaged as children by addicts. It explains the necessity of the program as a healing and developmental tool for those who do not have active substance addictions, yet struggle as adults following childhood in a dysfunctional family.
