Great quick read on how to successfully integrate and utilize the newer generations entering the workforce. These concepts apply across all types of businesses and all people joining a new company. Wonderful success that Wesley and his team have fostered.

I won this book as a Goodreads giveaway. Thank you. As a former partner in a public accounting firm, I enjoyed the insights in this book. It is written for leadership in a services firm, but several of the ideas apply more broadly. The core message is just because things have always been done a certain way does not mean they should be done that way. Listen to your team and have the courage to change this up. Leadership is... Not a fan of the title, but a nice view of how leading change can happen. 'Taking things by force' is how the author defines violent leadership but that terminology just makes me think 'bully'. His approach seemed to be more of being an intuitive member of a leadership team. Provides some interesting comparisons (are you a thermostat or thermometer?) and breaks out some useful practices for leading millennials. Relatively quick read.
