Cute Meet alert!!! You have just been warned...within the pages there is a cute, cute meet. And it involves dogs. How can you not like that? Ok, I'm a dog lover (animal lover really) and I just loved all the moments with the cute little puppy Roxie. And yes there are some not so cute moments. Like when she chews up stuff she shouldn't, or makes a mess or...you get the idea. Especially if you've ever had a puppy. This puppy is a handful but she's still stinkin' cute! My puppy is pretty cute too, Cute Meet alert!!! My puppy is pretty cute too, but not really a puppy anymore, she's 4 1/2 years old. Oh how I miss those puppy moments. The sweet, fluffy, snuggly moments. Not the chewed up everything moments and messing in the house and being super excited and wildly crazy when visitors come and... Ok, I'm gonna stop there with the puppy moments. Just know that I love puppies. Jordan is a workaholic for sure! He's just watched his sister Lexi disappear from the crazy business life and is trying to convince him to do the same thing. Life needs to be enjoyed as well as work and Jordan needs to find that balance. He's trying but he hasn't found anything to help him really want to until now. The only problem is that he's not sure that his feelings are reciprocated. What can, or what must, or what will he do, to prove that his heart is in the right place? Or will it all backfire in his face and prove to everyone around him that he doesn't know how to balance work and home life? I loved reading about Jordan in the previous book of this series, Hawaiian Masquerade. He wasn't the staring role in it but there were enough bits and pieces of information about him that made me very happy that he was given his own book. Plus, we get to see more of Lexi (main character from Hawaiian Masquerade) in this book. These two siblings have some healing that they need to workout, and finding someone they love and who loves them in return helps them both in their healing. Time to let the past go and realize that life can be full of love and joy. Great story and great series. Definitely two books I would recommend to anyone who enjoys sweet and clean romance with healing. Content: Clean. Attempted attack on a character but nothing graphic. I received a copy from the author. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own. Happy Reading!!!

I have to say that I LOVED everything about this book! I loved the characters, the plot, the dog link between the leads and the length. This is one of those books you can read in an afternoon. That's my favorite kind! In this book, the first character you meet is Jordan. I liked him, he was a nice guy, but a serious workaholic. I loved watching that part of him melt away as he fell more and more in love with the stray puppy he takes in, as well as Madison. Madison is pretty amazing. I love the way she spends all of her time taking care of animals who have no one else to care for them. She has a pretty huge life goal and she's working hard to be able to get to where she can fulfill that goal. I had to laugh at the antics of his puppy, Roxie, especially when he finds that she's gotten into all of his stuff. I could almost see her looking at him with her big puppy dog eyes, and him melting into a puddle in front of them. This is such a cute, fun, clean romance! Make sure to grab your own copy!

"It's bad business letting our pasts color our futures." That is great advice given by one of the characters to Madison, one of the main characters in the story. The date doesn't go well at all and to top off the evening he's almost mugged afterward, but is saved by a stray puppy, which he ends up adopting. Madison is attracted to handsome Jordan Burke (who wouldn't be?), but when she finds out he's wealthy she tries to keep things strictly business--dog trainer to dog owner. Because of Madison and Roxie (the puppy), Jordan starts to make changes like hiring more employees so he can leave work at a reasonable hour and taking a Saturday off. When Jordan plans a wonderful evening with Madison to let her know of a big change he's about to make the evening gets waylaid by some business associates. Madison takes this as a sign that he didn't really change and he's just like her dad who put work before his family. This is a wonderful story. Jordan and Madison are great characters, and then there's Roxie the puppy who brings them together. The characters are well developed and you find out why Jordan is a workaholic and why Madison has such a distrust of wealthy men. This is a clean romance.

Jordan is all about work. He doesn't believe he has time for anything else. When something dramatic happens, he meets Madison and rethinks his position. Madison can't help but be attracted to Jordan although hesitant. When an opportunity arises, will Jordan put work first again? Will Jordan and Madison find what they each need? This story was so good, and I highly recommend it. Jordan is all about work. He doesn't believe he has time for anything else. Jordan was a workaholic who had no time for women or anything. Then a stray puppy changes his life. What a great story that is heartwarming and sweet. Then Madison enters his life and life changes for both. A sweet clean romance with well developed characters. I read an advance copy and voluntarily chose to write a review

I enjoyed The Billionaire’s Stray Heart. It is the second installment from the Burke Billionaire Romance series. I found it to be fun, entertaining, and purely delightful. Five stars I received this book from the author, but was not required to write a review. This review is 100 percent my own honest opinion.

I skimmed the last half.} 4 stars I purchased a copy of the novel The Billionaire's Stray Heart (Burke Billionaire Romance Book 2) by Rachelle J. Christensen and this review was given freely. A highly descriptive and emotion packed sequel with a surprise ending but I found it a little repetitive. Lexi's brother and billionaire exporter Jordan falls in love with dog trainer Maddie and a stray puppy resulting in shorter work hours, a closer relationship with his sister,a rocky romance and a more balanced life. 3.The Refugee's Billionaire (Burke Billionaire Romance Book 3) 5 stars I purchased a copy of the novella The Refugee's Billionaire (Burke Billionaire Romance Book 3)by Rachelle J. Christensen and this review was given freely. This book ties the first two together in that it includes Lexi and Jordan's prior assistant Shawn, Burke's Higher Steps charity and the Atlanta Refugee center which is one of Lexi's favorite charities. Single Mom and former Cuban refugee Carolina meets Shawn when he visits to determine the Center's needs. A rocky courtship caused by worry about losing the Center and Shawn's ability to stay in Atlanta ultimately ends happily.

Although she's attracted to him, she can't stop comparing him to her father who walked away from his family to focus on work. I mostly enjoyed the story, but there were some parts that frustrated me. For one, I struggled to believe the timeline. It didn't seem to add up. The book says that he's 36 years old, yet he started the business after he quit college which would put him at about 20 years old, and that's approximately when his parents died? And it's only been around 5 years since they died. I'm lost. I can't make the timeline work. I must be missing something. Next, I struggled with their relationship. I didn't feel the romance between them and Madison's reaction to him working seemed over the top. By the conclusion, I felt that he made all the changes and she got her way. It felt very one sided. I wasn't convinced that her character had developed and grown much at all, certainly not compared to him. Romance - PG - lots of kissing Language - clean My rating - 3 stars

Romance, clean, series This is a series, but a standalone read. Jordan and Madison's fall was a cute read. It was fun to see him fall for not only the puppy, but the woman too. Lovely fall, two genuine, honest hearts, and beautiful HEA. Definitely a 3.5 for me as a reader, and rounded up, it was really a cute setting and premise. I received a copy in exchange for a fair and honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.

Utterly Cute A love a good meet-cute and this one was adorable, and as an added bonus, it also involved a mischievous little puppy. Maybe, but definitely not in Jordan's case. Jordan Burke doesn't have time to date; he's beyond busy running his business. But when a stray puppy saves him from a mugging, he finds himself growing attached to the dog--and to the dog trainer he hires to work with his new puppy. The Billionaire’s Stray Heart has a clever, but misleading title. The play on the word “stray” has to do more with the cute way the two main characters become acquainted through a stray dog, and nothing to do with the steadiness of his heart. The characters were well developed, but I didn’t feel the chemistry and pull towards the relationship that would keep me rooting for the couple. The story line was fun and she did a great job of showing the trouble and the love one little puppy can bring. htt The Billionaire’s Stray Heart has a clever, but misleading title. I could relate to both of the main characters in this book. We lived outside Chicago when I was growing up & my dad was a workaholic.....so I felt like I really understood where both Jordan and Madison were coming from. The conflict was a lack of communication more than anything else. I liked that the romance wasn't just an easy insta-love. I don't like dogs, so the addition of a puppy wasn't a plus--although I bet a lot of people will like it. Overall it was a fun read. I could relate to both of the main characters in this book. Another great book by Rachelle Christensen. I love how Jordan meets his dog, giving him a start at prioritizing his life. I also enjoyed how he meets Madison. This book makes you think a lot about how your past colors your view of the present, as well as what really matters in your life. We can always make time for the things that matter. Cute, clean romance with great people AND animals. I definitely recommend.
