voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This is another great cookbook from Vanessa Olsen. Lately pressure cookers have become a big thing nowadays and I am glad that she wrote this book. I am starting to eat healthier and this cookbook has recipes that I will use and also tweak according to my tastes.
