In another series that promises to be as entertaining as the previous ones, A THRONE OF SISTERS presents us with the tale of two sisters (Sophia and Kate), orphans, fighting to survive in a cruel and demanding world of an orphanage. An instant success. I can hardly wait to put my hands on the second and third books!” --Books and Mov “Morgan Rice's imagination is limitless. Riveting I’m so glad I found this author! This series has me hooked! I couldn’t put it down. Read the whole book in one day. Love the characters, and love that you literally can never guess what’s next.

I continue to enjoy this series more the further along it gets, for a few reasons. The editing was just terrible in book 3, and 4 is much more readable. I liked seeing the sisters and friends start finding a sense of home, and how they react to having glimpses of their futures. Bringing Angelica into the point of view chapters is an interesting choice, but even though she cares for prince she is still wicked. I do wish that these books would either be longer or combined, or at least have real endings instead of mid chapter cliff hangers!

An excellent installment of this fantasy series, which is crammed with adventure, danger, intrigue, plots and counter-plots and magic. The characters are well-developed, realistic and defined (if not all likeable), with a gamut of emotions that engage. The world-building gives a detailed sense of place, while the mystery and suspense draw you in. Looking forward to book five. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Series I have actually have sore jaws from gritting my teeth. Every step Sophie and Kate have walked has put them in danger. The battles, the flights to get to safety. The heartache of Sebatian and his hope of reaching the woman he loves only to be stopped again and again. I must read on. I have to know. WHAT NEXT? TY. Morgan for a great series.

Taveras the others have been! This book was shorter, but tied several threads together from the previous books. Kate and Sophia travel to meet their Uncle and to search for their parents. Prince Sebastian thinks Sophia is dead and agreed to marry. The King of Crows invades and moves towards the capital. How will this all come together?

Definitely a slower start than the previous books in this series. Once I made it past the first few chapters, it started to pick back up. As with the previous books, this one ends with such a good cliffhanger that I'm really looking forward to starting the next book! Definitely a slower start than the previous books in this series. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Three and a half stars. Finally found some family only to be betrayed again. Kate is still fighting for them both while Sophia has shown she too fights for family. This one dragged out.

Good read It took a little while for me to get back into the flow of the story, however, after a few chapters I was engrossed in the series again. That's why it got four stars instead of five.
