    This is one of those help-you-sleep audios that actually worked for me. I enjoyed the narrator's voice, mellow and not new-age. There's a low hum that helps too. I'm going to try another in the series. They have positive affirmations sprinkled in, but I never noticed until I fast forwarded to a part towards the end. You listen for 8 hours. Worked for me! I got it on Hoopla. This is one of those help-you-sleep audios that actually worked for me. I enjoyed the narrator's voice, mellow and not new-age. There's a low hum that helps too. This was so warmly read by the narrator that I found myself falling asleep, every time, before 25 minutes have gone by. Possible spoiler alert. Ok I didn't really make it through whole book, but one night, I woke and had to go to the bathroom. Instead of just hearing gentle music, like before, when I woke up, I heard the narrator saying how great I was and how I was special and important. I wasn't quite expecting that, even though the book clearly states that it covers depression and anxiety. This was very well executed and I plan on listening to it every night, before it's due back at the library! 😂 I definitely have to re check it out again. It's not in my budget to buy it. Thank God for libraries and the app called Overdrive. I'm disabled and don't get out as much as I would love to. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have and this review helped you (I very rarely write them)!
