Misery follow hope The author is not done throwing is into rapids of betrayal, fights, and events pushed by ancient prophecies! The second book is even better than the first. Worth the read.

If you want a description of the story see below. I like Azalea writing style she keeps things moving at a fast enough past to keep you engaged but slow enough where you can process implications as you go. Her character building worked well in the first book but in this book it starts to fall apart. The story in this book starts to feel forced as if there was a mold Azalea need to fit and she just kept shoving until the story fit in that mold. While she may appear to be cooperating her main objective has stayed the same to make herself and her team stronger. Eve and her team now with Zed plan on freeing the trapped alien and escaping the clutches of NIX. Afterwards they end up on an alien world, where Eve finds herself battling gods and in the middle of some ancient prophecy. **SPOILERS** This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Welcome to the second volume of “Seeds of Chaos”. I knew there was something different or special about Eve; more so than an extra finger, although that was a huge clue. The tension is high, and the pressure is on as Eve and her squad fight for their very lives. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Enjoyed the first book but this one was a struggle I Enjoyed the first book, and devoured it quickly. It sucked you in, played with your emotions and left you wanting more. But this second book was a struggle to finish.--almost like a whole other genre. Still lots of action but less compelling. Very little character development on the main characters from book 1. The "stats" which gave a lit rpg feel to book 1 nearly disappeared. Enjoyed the first book but this one was a struggle I Enjoyed the first book, and devoured it quickly. While I enjoyed this book It wasn't quite as good as the first one. The "major threat" in this book isn't as large as in the first book and doesn't feel as insurmountable. There isn't nearly as much conflict or fighting, and while there are occasional mentions of attribute ups and a few stat sheet checks it didn't feel as much like a litRPG as the first one. Honestly this book felt like a set up episode just like TV shows do and ended like one too. Luckily the next book appears to be much longer While I enjoyed this book It wasn't quite as good as the first one. Great Story This story about a girl just trying to survive being a Player who go through trails test to Skills and godlike powers is unique but very familiar. The earth's military force recruit anyone who has some alien bloodlines, while the ancient aliens are looking for their savior. Very good story. Pretty much a continuation of the previous book, and done quite well. Doesn't really answer many questions raised in the first book, but it does nicely tie together a lot of the threads that were raised in the first one, and is certainly working towards solutions. I liked it, and fully intend to read more. Very good story. Pretty much a continuation of the previous book, and done quite well. Not as good as the first I have to admit that I am slightly disappointed with this book. I was wishing for a worthy follow up to the first book but that was not what I got. The story left me feeling empty and really wishing for something better.

After the last books ending I feared it would just continue with the games/trails with something bigger happening at the ending of this book but this book features some creative surprises and veers off into directions I did not expect. I especially like that the main character is ruthless (at least compared to other YA heroines), uses her head and makes rational decisions based on her priorities but still comes off as a real person. I'll definitely read the next one as soon as it comes out! Really enjoyed this sequel I definitely wasn't sure what was going to happen next but this was a very enjoyable sequel just the same. Constantly action packed much like the first one but even more so. Oh wow This has got to be up there with the hunger games of the LitRPG world. I have always given this genre a miss after picking up several that did not light my fuse. But this one drew me in and I love it. On to the next one

Excellent read I enjoyed this book. The side-characters have their own hopes and feelings, which gives a feeling of depth to the novel.

A great escalation This book really build on the world, set up in the first book. Well worth a read, and the series only looks to be getting better.

Awesome Story New genre. Fresh perspective. Great writing. And peculiar, interesting setting that I couldn’t help but to find interesting and want to see more of.
