Amelia’s Wishes Five Amazing Stars I was absolutely thrilled to receive the second most wonderful book from this truly most excellent series, First. As Amelia was now finishing her used dishes into her dishwasher when suddenly she heard knocking at her door way. When she simply thought it was Ace. Instead it was another. It was Evan. Her ex husband. He wanted to see his daughters. When Amelia called them both in. Both their girls adored their father. Yet Amelia was just so upset. Poor Amelia wanted this help earlier and more common from Evan. He had abandoned both her and her two girls it was on of the hardest things she er been through. Whilst waiting for them to return home she thought about her sister’s hard time when she had lost her memory. But now she was fine. The other members at work still would check up on Amelia lot too. When Ace finally arrived at her doorway. She chatted to Ace about her Evan who was taking them out for ice cream. Yet Amelia said that she cried. Finally now the girls had arrived home. When Evan was leaving there seemed to be a lot of anger in both Ace and Evan too. Amelia said to Evan he is welcome to come and visit his daughters always. Poor Amelia had gone through a lot when she broke up with Evan. Things would never be the same again. Both Amelia stayed chatting to Ace even after Evan had left. The workers talked about their businesses. Planning out their daily routines. Amelia told her sister how unlucky for both of us. How we never had or father, but sh’d never want her girls to go through with that either. Amelia never wanted to be heartbroken again. I completely adored this most wonderful marvellous book. Such an exciting romantic tale. I completely adored all its magnificent characters. Truly a complete winner as well!! * I recommend this book to everyone!!

It is a must you read book 1, 400 First Kisses to get the full effect of the story of 5 friends that are putting their lives back together after a terrible accident and the dramas and mountains they climb together to win back their lives and loves. After a fall that subsequently removed the short term memory for Bree, the only thing she can remember is the day she busted boyfriend Cypress cheating in her. Now 2 years on she finds out she is married to him, he lives next door to her and they work to rebuild what had been lost. With many tears, fits or anger, fights and some seriously hot make up sex, it looks as though Bree and Cypress may have found their happy place. It isn’t an easy road but one Cypress refuses to lose. With best friends around Cypress finds his back up in Amelia, Ace and Blade. These 5 long tine school friends have their own stories to tell. Amelia is coming to terms with her marriage breakup, bring a single mum, and in love with her best friend. They should be hands off, but Ace makes Amelia feel like a woman, not a single mother. Their rolls in hay are kept secret from everyone, except Bree who she can’t hind anything from. What she doesn’t see is Ace’s feelings towards her, and knowing she will return to husband if he shows back up means he won’t persuade her anymore. While the ever sweet Blade finally finds his special girl, it looks like everyone has their ultimate mate, but the ending to this story will blow it all apart. I wouldn’t say it ended in a cliff-hanger but it has left a HUGE opening for the final book in this awesome new series. I can’t wait to get hold of 218 First Hugs, the explosive ending for Bree, Cyprus, Amelia, Ace and Blade.

This is the 2nd book in this series and continues the story of Bree and Cypress along with their friends. We know the story of Bree and Cypress. Cypress put a dent in my defense of him but I am SURE he will come through in the next book. Ace is confusing and the jury is still out on Amelia. It remains to be seen how Blade´s issue plays out. Great story and I can´t wait to read the conclusion.

Great read. Bree can’t believe she is with Cypress, married after he betrayed her. Cypress loves Bree and will prove that too her, and make her see how happy they are. Every couple wants a future but the past has a way of coming back and haunting them. I’m dying to see what is going too happen next. I voluntarily reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy of this book

This is a well written and engaging story and I definitely felt more connected to the characters this time. The pace is good and the book held me gripped from start to finish. As I said in my review of Book #1, I would have preferred a single hero/heroine combination for each book, rather than intermingled stories. However I knew what to expect and so have based my rating entirely on the quality of the writing and story. We see a lot more of Amelia and Blade in this book, in fact we 'only' get Amelia, Bree and Blade's point-of-views. This book was a solid 4.5 for me right up until Amelia's stupid decision following her difficulties with Ace. (view spoiler)[She was so heartbroken that Ace dumped her she immediately slept with her ex-husband, the one who had left her for another woman - argh!! (hide spoiler)] . There is a part of me that admires the author for throwing this into the mix to further complicate the story, and another part that rolls my eyes at the unnecessary soap-opera dramatics of it. Blade really annoyed me with the games he played regarding Celeste and not appearing over keen. And then he listened to the guys advice about how to woo a woman and ignore to the TWO FEMALES who told him to go for it .... because hey obviously they have no idea what a woman wants!!!!! I forgave him, however, because he was so obviously smitten with her, and didn't want to mess things up. I totally get why at the start of the book Bree still had issues over trusting Cypress. She had absolutely NO memories of him standing by her for those 18 months where she was 'lost', which means she had no emotion to attach to it either. I actually liked how this part of the story line played out, and felt it was always believable and honest. That bomb-shell at the end - I wasn't surprised, I'm fairly certain this was heavily hinted at in book 1. I had forgotten it until Cypress mentioned part of it and then the other character confirmed it. As with the whole Ace/Amelia thing, keeping secrets isn't working or making things better so perhaps a little honesty should be tried. It may not sound it from the review but I finished the book having enjoyed it. Yes there were parts where characters annoyed me but that wasn't because of poor writing - in fact quite the opposite is true. I've got to totally buy into a character and their situation to be annoyed/happy/upset for them and I felt all three emotions reading this book. I will definitely be reading book #3 as I care enough about the characters to want to know what happens to them.

at the. end of the first book it seemed like we weren’t going to see a happy ending for anyone, but then all of a sudden, the stubborness that we saw in our mains turns a corner and there’s hope. We spend much of the story watching her change her mindset a bit here, knowing that she doesn’t truly a fully trust him right now, but that she’s willing to give him the time since he seemingly was there for her for eighteen months when he didn’t need to be. So that story continues and evolves, but in this second book we get to look under the hood at some of the others. We know of the attraction with Ace and Amelia and how they’ve acted on it, and we see it for what it is. There’s a lot of chemistry there and Amelia wants more but Ace hides behind the notion that he likes to be single because he doesn’t want to watch Evan (Amelia’s ex) come back and try to win her over. Amy says that will never happen and truly expresses her feelings for Ace, but he is afraid to let his walls down, and as a result, we see the dynamic of the friendship group change. At the same time, the group goes to Evan and confronts him that he needs to be a better father to his kids, and he takes the opening now that he’s single again to try to eek his way back into Amelia’s life. She’s not there for it, but he prays on moments of weakness to try to find his in. That’s a train wreck waiting to happen if i’m honest. Then there’s Blade. The 5th wheel so to speak and it’s his turn to have his story. He finally finds a girl that he’s interested in, attracted to and inspired by, and when he takes her out and sees how amazing she is, he falls fast. the problem though is that she’s french and spends half the year in Paris so he thinks there’s no hope. He’s hurting the relationship even before it has a chance to get started. So in this second installment, we actually spend most of the time in relationship bliss with everyone in their happy worlds until the last 25% or so when things all come crashing down for EVERYONE. i can’t wait to see how things play out to be honest. Cypress and Bree are basically over AGAIN, Ace and Amelia’s chance has come and gone, Evan’s working his way back into the family and Blade has just given up. so…i’m now going to search for book 3 to see how this turns out

OMG!! I FLOVE THIS BOOK AS WELL! We continue the saga of the characters in the First Series and what a saga it is. I am unequivocally hooked. Cypress and Bree are trying to make a go of their marriage even though she doesn’t truly trust him. Cypress continues to be patient and loving; however, Bree’s lack of trust hit a boiling point for Cypress, which has him throwing in the towel. Realizing she might really lose him, she offers to really give their marriage an honest to goodness try. Everythin OMG!! I FLOVE THIS BOOK AS WELL! Everything seems perfect until the past rears its ugly head and a REVELATION has Bree asking for a divorce for good this time. E.L. Todd is killing me…this revelation comes forth at the end of this book so I have to wait to see what happens. Ughhh!! SO GOOD!! Things are hot and heavy between Ace and Amelia. Unbeknown to them, they each want something more but are afraid to voice their feelings. And then Evan returns, which is Ace’s worst nightmare. This becomes a genuine clusterf*k. What will happen? I love this couple so much and I am rooting for them because they belong together. We are introduced to Celeste, Blade’s love interest. She’s awesome and seems to fit right into their exclusive group. Blade is smitten with her. She’s perfect, except for one small thing, which could be the end of their relationship before it even gets started. The angst and drama is playing havoc with my emotions and my mind. The author is so good at making me insane. Kudos Ms. Todd. This is definitely one of my favorie series of this year. I have to read the next installment NOW. The second story of this story picks up right where the last one left off. Bree is trying to give Cypress a real chance; Amelia is trying to move on from her ex-husband with Ace; and Blade finds love in a place that holds no future. Everything should be good right? Wrong. It remains to be seen if it’s annoyance that I like or not. At first I was ok with the annoyance until the last 15%ish of the book when a decision was made that just got me rolling my eyes and really not liking Amelia. She makes a decision and I just can’t wrap my head around her decision. I know it’s going to come and bite her in the butt in the next book and we are going to see how bad it pans out for her. Blade I feel bad for him on a whole other level. He’s falling for a woman who has no intention of staying in America. Does he be a good guy and let her go back to Paris or does he be selfish and beg her to stay? That is the question that we will hopefully answered in the next book. There book does end with a two-fer cliffhanger. It involves two different couples and the results of the situation that the sisters have found themselves in will only get messier in the next book. At this point I am going to be rooting for Blade/Celeste but I have a feeling Blade will be all noble and let her go. Where did all those alpha males goes in Romance stories? It’s start to jade me in other books.

We pick up almost where 400 first kisses left off, although this one started with Amelia, Bree's sister, which threw me a bit. I really want Amelia and Ace to make a go of it, they have awesome chemistry. Cypress is a saint, and he really does love her, but she keeps letting her insecurities get in the way, yes she needs to get her head around the situation but I think she is deliberately pushing him away. He was sort of like a book of three parts, with each couple being focused on, its a bit confusing if I am being honest. We get more of Blade, who finds a new love interest, fingers crossed things work out where they are supposed to. Glad Amelia's ex is back in the girls lives, but I felt that Amelia needs to stop feeling sorry for herself, and talk to Ace, instead of making the wrong choices. She was quite strong but seems to have had the stuffing knocked out of her. I hope she makes the right choice. People always want what they can't have! Good continuation and I read in two sittings but so far 400 kisses has been my favourite of the series.

Amelia has been through the wringer and deserves a good guy ... and hopefully that guy will be Ace (that's who I'm rooting for). And then when Blade decides he wants to settle down with one woman, the one he wants only wants a fling. It's the kind of book that you never want to end. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book (given by the author)... Cliffhanger!! Omg I CAN'T even process what the hell just happened in the last 10% of the book. In this book, we now have a girl for Blade which has its own complications. Bree has decided to give Cypress a real chance, and Amelia and Ace try a friends with benefits arrangement. But it seems although our couples are trying to move towards a better future, their pasts aren't done with them. Possible Spoilers: Can Bree finally forgive I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book (given by the author)... Possible Spoilers: Can Bree finally forgive Cypress? Will Ace finally give his heart to Amelia? Will Blade get the nerve to ask for what he wants from Celeste? What will Amelia do about Evan? I need the last book like NOW!!! I love all the drama, but not going to lie it does get a little tiresome switching between 5 POVs throughout a book. And I also spent half the book screaming at everyone except Blade. I'm not naming names but I was totally hoping a certain couple would make it, but now after his confession I'm not too sure I feel the same way.

Sweet baby Jesus!!! I'm telling you E. L Todd is like a crack dealer. Handing out just a little bit to wet your whistle until the next book. Just enough to keep you jonesing. The more I read this series, the crazier I get. I am so in love with all the characters especially Cypress and Bree. You know the feeling when you read a book and it just stays with you? That's EXACTLY how I feel with this series. I can keep reading this series. Can't wait for #3. I hope it doesn't end with #3. P.S. am I the Sweet baby Jesus!!! I'm telling you E. I am about sick and tired of all of these characters and their fighting. The same fight everyday!! This book could have been 50 pages long but it's repetitive. Bree and her issues. smh. Driving my crazy. Cypress and the hole he is constantly digging himself in for his crazy azz wife. Don't get me started on Amelia, Evan, and Ace. The other partner (that's how relevant his story line is) just needs to put on his big boy pants and move away. This book is ok. Not better than the first, but typical I am about sick and tired of all of these characters and their fighting. The same fight everyday!! This book could have been 50 pages long but it's repetitive. So I really like the story but is it bad that I want to smack each and every one of the characters on the back of their heads? I am totally rooting for Bree and Cypress, Amelia and Ace and Blaze and Celeste. This second book picks up where the first book left off. Bree and Cypress are trying to make it work, Amelia and Ace are hooking up and Blaze is lonely. Bree and Cypress are so on and off, it is a little annoying and I really feel for him. Everyone else just needs to tell each other the hard So I really like the story but is it bad that I want to smack each and every one of the characters on the back of their heads? Bree thinks she's found the love of her life in Cypress, until she catches him cheating on her. Fast forward several years and she shocked to find out that he is her neighbor. What she has yet to realize is that he's actually her husband. Bree experienced a dramatic head injury and has no recollection of the last several years. Cypress will do anything in his power to change her feelings towards him. Second book was in the point of view of Bree, Amelia, Blade, and Ace. The only bad thing about this book is that it ends too quickly. There is a whole lotta life, love and loving going on in this book, along with a lot of anger, confusion, and intricacies of life. You are lifted into highs and then plunged to lows, and you can't help but either hope for the couple to make it or hope for them to just give it up. I am super anxious for the next installment in this series.

This is a great follow up to 400 First Kisses. I thought the author did an awesome job at moving the story forward while continuing to have the characters work on the same struggles and adding more drama. I do have to say that Bree is continuing to get on my nerves because of things that happened in the first book but at the same time I can totally understand her struggles. How could I begin that review seriously wooow I thought the first was great but this one I even star to hate Bree during a moment. Cypress kinda broke my heart I felt his pain and I was so pissed with Bree if she did not try to work this mariage with him I could have slap my phone. Ace made me mad too what is he playing with Amy, I hope thing will be better in the next book. Blade is in love ladies and gentleman, it was cute how he did not know how to ask Celest out I hope she'll stay with him. Awesome! Firstly I want to say that I had a lot of things going on when I read 400 First Kisses and didn't give it a great review but I read it again and loved it! In 325 First Fights all the friends find romance but it always doesn't work out like they want it to! I can't wait for the next book to see who ends up with who! I hope my predictions are right on! In the second book of the series we get to learn about all four partners love life. We finally get to see Blade fall hard for a girl, but unfortunately she’s only here for a season. Can their relationship blossom and become more. Amelia ex is back and wants to get beck together, can she forgive him or does she really want Ace? Bree and Cypress are finally getting together after all the hard work he’s put into getting her but can she truly forgive him.
