Protective Alpha I loved the first book in the CW Boys. Dex, Nate and Jimmy are portrayed as Alphas. I love the friendship they have and love that it was Dex that won Addys heart I think he was the perfect choice, ever since the tree house when he seen her underwear and calls her jelly bean now. That is when Dex fell in love with Addy i think it is one of the most swoon worthy event ive read. In this book I love the fierceness Dex has to protect Addy. Not sure how she would expect him to be any Protective Alpha I loved the first book in the CW Boys. Dex, Nate and Jimmy are portrayed as Alphas. Not sure how she would expect him to be any different. And the lengths he goes to make sure she is protected is awsome. I think every woman hopes for a man that would do anything to protect her. I hope C. She'll comes out with the next book quickly and she gives Dex and Addy their happy ever after and puts Nate in his place. Because if he loved Addy half as much as Dex he would be helping him frame Lacey instead of trying to come between Addy and Dex. Now I would like to see Nate get his own story as I can see that he truly has an Alpha streak that I'm sure will have us swooning and rooting for him. All I can say is Dex is amazing for wanting to protect Addy at any cost.

Great idea...Needs editing and length This author isn't a bad writer. It's the editing and length of the novel. Most adult novels are at least 250 pages nowadays (usually more). When it's less, they lack depth in the story or it appears rushed. That's what's going on with this story....quantity over quality...a ton of small books in a series that could be combined in some cases.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Spoiler Alert Addy has to hide the conflict she's feeling while dealing with what happened with Nicholas and Lacey. She puts on a brave face for Dex and her family, so they don't worry about her. After the unthinkable happens in court, Dex has an even harder time dealing with what happened. An incident at a party threatens the foundation of their relationship. Will they be able to pull through it? I guess we'll find out in book 3. Read the ARC of the book.

Edit failures really hurt this book I still like the story and all the characters, but please get an editor. I read this book in a little over an hour and counted no less than 20 errors. I am not talking about complicated grammar, I'm talking about typos. I hate to see the story suffer.

Can't wait for the next one!!! I fell in love with Dex and "Jelly Bean" when I read the first book, but I fell even more in love while I read this one. I honestly can't wait to see what happened with their love story and if Nate ever tells Addy that he loves her too. I want more!!!!

Entertaining story, thought there would be a development between Addison and Nate too. But we will see. I like the characters. It did not take long to read the whole book.

What is the deal with this series? Is it just a collection of short stories? Nothing exciting happens until the end ( just like the last one )and then its ANOTHER cliff hanger... makes the author look desperate and in need of book sales to keep writing several short books. All this book did was make me hate Dex. What is the deal with this series? Is it just a collection of short stories? Lots of editing issues again with this book. The story really didn't go anywhere either until the last few pages. This book really made Dex look like a gigantic douche.
