A really cracking read - Patrick is a highly experienced facilitator and he has written the book in a very accessible style - I wish more business books were this easy to read. A fast way to get a lot of new ideas, there now is really no excuse to have boring meetings or to avoid using the creativity of your team by claiming that brainstorms don't work when the real reason is you don't know how to run them!
