I had recently witnessed spiralizer recipes across the internet, particularly zucchini noodles, and I decided I just had to try out this new trend. I found a spiralizer I liked and decided to buy this cookbook to begin my new cooking adventure. I will say this cookbook taught me everything about blades such as sizes and varieties, and of course different brands of spiralizers. For me, the best part of this cookbook is the various options for each recipe. I loved having the option to change the recipe to fit my needs or taste, without sacrificing the integrity of the recipes. My favorite recipes are the “Tortellini" Soup with the chicken variation, the Zucchini Noodle Pho, and the Guiltless Spaghetti Carbonara. The recipes in this book definitely made me less dependent on including pasta in my diet and helped me to increase the number of vegetables I consume a day. I completely recommend this book to anyone looking to sample a new lifestyle or a new way of cooking. Using a spiralizer is incredibly fun, and this cookbook most definitely helps to ensure that you get the most out of your spiralizer. As a bonus, the recipes are tasty and relatively easy to follow along.

I like this book. I did not expect to be able to spiralize some of these vegetables. The recipes look fantastic and I cannot wait to try them. I love spiraled zucchini and have used those recipes to my delight. I like how the recipes are separated by category. If you grab out a sweet potato you can go right to that section of the cookbook. Wondering what you can do with beets. Turn to page 42. Well organized.

Vegetable Noodles always amazed me! I tried unsuccessfully to create a variety Paleo dishes because I knew only a few recipes that worked for me. It was always my dream to cook crunchy scrumptious noodle-like vegetable dishes. The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer Cookbook answered all my doubts and introduced me to the beautiful world of healthy eating. I even purchased a Spiralizer to get the dishes right! Megan Flynn Peterson works with difficult vegetables like turnips and beet. Beets are one of my chosen vegetables. I have always had beetroot cut into slices with a dash of lemon and some salt. I have sometimes imagined using the beautiful red beet differently. This cookbook made it possible for me! Now I can make a variety of tasty dishes with beetroot. I loved the recipe for Quick-Pickled Beet Noodles and the variation with Beet and Carrots. Beet Pasta with Lemon-Butter Sauce turned out to be very delicious. Tahini is again a difficult ingredient to inculcate in food. It usually goes with Humus and not more, for me. I magically found the Carrot Noodle Salad with Tahini-Lime Dressing in the cookbook. I have made the dish a number of times now. Sweet Potato Cincinnati Chilli, Grilled Salmon Zoodles marinated in Olives and Artichokes, Veggie Chow Fun with Egg, Cinnamon Honey Roasted Carrot Noodles, Rainbow Carrot Curly Fries, and Carrot Noodle Egg Drop Soup are all super delicious dishes that The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer Cookbook elaborates. Most of the dishes in the cookbook – The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer Cookbook come with variations. The modifications in the instructions allow new cooks as well as cooking experts to try out more variety while cooking. Megan Flynn Peterson shares her input on blades, vegetables, and cooking technique simply and effectively. For a new user of Spiralizer or for someone fresh at Paleo diet, using new equipment with different vegetables can be tricky. Megan Flynn Peterson guides her readers with the vegetable and Spiralizer blade combination; blade and cooking technique combination; vegetable, equipment and cooking technique that will work with each recipe. The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer Cookbook is a definitive guide to Paleo cooking – a must have! This book totally deserves a round of applause, drooling slurps, tasty second helpings, and 5 stars. review site: www.welovequalitybooks.biz

This book includes recipes using (10) veggies: zucchini/summer squash, beets, carrots, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, turnips, cabbage, and bell peppers. Each recipe includes the prep time, cook time, what kind of blade to use, and even some different variations to the recipe. There are pictures throughout the book. A recipe index is included in the back of the book. Some of the recipes include: creamy pesto noodles, maple pecan butternut squash curls, rainbow carrot curly fries, and cranberry orange beet salad. I have not tried all the recipes yet, but I still recommend reading this book and trying the recipes if you're interested in eating gluten free noodle and veggie dishes. I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

I received a free copy of this this book. Organized by veggie instead of dishes, this cookbook is pretty cool. If you've ever wanted to do something else with those spiralized noodles - they're not just for spaghetti, look no further than this book! Some of the recipes I really liked were the "Quick-Pickled Cucumber Noodles", "Kimchi Cabbage Noodles", and "Spicy Korean Beef Noodles". With easy to follow instructions and Pantry Basics, this could be my favorite cookbook for spiralizing veggies. I received a free copy of this this book. I don't like how this book is formatted. I understand why the author grouped recipes by vegetable , however it is so much easier to find what you want when recipes are grouped by soup, salad, type of meat etc. I don't like how this book is formatted.
