This is an excellent book explaining the basic principles of emotional manipulation in all its main guises. The techniques and practical strategies suggested by the author are very insightful. The only small criticism I have is that although the writing is excellent and very clear, the text deserves a quick spelling correction and minor grammatical sweep to make it perfect.
