Finally! An acid reflux book that doesn't break all the rules! The author seems to actually know what it is like to have the condition. The recipes don't include forbidden things like garlic, onions etc. as many other recipe books supposedly for acid reflux do. Loving the sauce, dressing and stock recipes the most so far! So great to have ideas for flavourings since I can't buy any pre-made ones at the store. My only minor complaint: not enough pictures. Finally! An acid reflux book that doesn't break all the rules! Yummy Recipes I'm a very picky eater, but I would/will be willing to try most of the recipes in this cookbook. I also like that each recipe shows if it's conducive to certain diets and lifestyles (ie...diabetes, paleo, vegan,vegetarian, and gluten free). There are even snacks and desserts.
