I'm not sure how usable some of these recipes actually are--I'm tempted to try the newsprint deacidification technique, although I doubt it would pass archival muster--but it all makes for very entertaining reading. This book is soo much fun! There are a million things in here I want to try to make, a million more where I would have no idea where to find the ingredients. There will be something made out of this book for Christmas!
