This brought back memories-- I used to read these books when I was in elementary school. It's kind of cheesy, but it's good clean fun. The mystery is predictable (to me as an adult) but it unravels logically, leaving room for the reader to reach their conclusion along with the four boxcar children. I found some BoxCar Children books on my bookshelf as I was cleaning and knowing it is an older series, I was curious to see if there were out-dated stereotypes that would pop-up. Since this particular book was published in 2002 it didn't strike me as having any issues on that front. I would be curious to read the books in the series from the 30's - 80's. This book was about a bank robbery. It also had Hidden pictures puzzles within the story. I was not as good as The Hundred year mystery.

In this book a alot of peope have a part in the mystery. Some people aren't trying to make trouble but one person is making a crime. In the begining Benny think's his tamatoes got up and walked into a diffrent position. In this book a alot of peope have a part in the mystery. This was a fun, quick read with the kids. These might drive me batty after a while though.

One of my favorite childhood series. I read over a hundred of them. The first 50 or so were in order; after that I read whatever book I could get my hands on :)
