I'm such a fan of this author! T.S.Joyce writes well written and well developed paranormal romance stories. This book is no exception. So good! The best story of the series! So many questions answered. The Author did an amazing job of tying everything up all the loose ends. Asher & Ashlyn were great together. A great finish for a wonderful series! My review of book 1: Gentry My review of book 2: Roman Asher is book three in the Wolves of Winter's Edge trilogy. The books should be read in order to maximize your reading experience. You have to leave the best for last, and Joyce did just that. Asher is the oldest Striker brother and he's a beautifully flawed and haunted wolf. My only complaint is that it's over. I wish we were privy to a future epilogue or something. Perhaps we will get a spin off series at some point. If you haven't checked out my reviews for the first two books, I'd start there. I recommend this series to pnr fans and rate the final book a 5. Finally questions answered Finally all the questions are answered! I think I liked Asher the best out of the three. Sexy and hot. Holds back nothing. Ashlyn is cool and takes no crap from anyone. I liked how the author brought her feelings out I think everyone has felt like her at one time or another. I think her character came off authentic and not that false oh I am alright and I understand crap. That isn't real life at all and Ashlyn is real! Great series!

He’s the one who got fucked in the genetic lottery. All three of the brothers were born to a black witch who had to raise their wolves so they could fit in with the pack... Unfortunately, that just meant that Asher had one more thing messing with his life. But, the biggest issue he has is controlling the force within him that he calls The Taker. He just can’t help having to draw life force from all the living things around him and let’s just say it makes it hard to connect with women when you have to worry about killing them accidently. Asher has unimaginable power and it just makes sense that he would be the alpha of the Wolves of Winter’s Edge….if he would just claim it! Ashlyn is Blaire’s best friend who’s decided that she needs to have an intervention to drag her bestie back to civilization after she hooked up with Gentry. When she shows up in Rangely, the first person she meets is Asher, which just reinforces her belief that Blaire needs saving. I got Ashlyn…because when your friend stops answering calls, changes their whole life in a matter of weeks and drops off the grid, you worry. I felt bad for the shit that Asher had to deal with and I got why Ashlyn was concerned… But, these two could not be more different and it’s the interaction between them that makes this book so much fun. It’s a great mesh of the serious and the silly and a great end to this series.

Reviewed at Shifter Haven If you’ve been following the Wolves of Winter’s Edge series then you now know that the end is in sight with Asher’s story. The last story in a series or trilogy is always bittersweet. I fell in absolute deep love with Gentry, Roman and Asher. The last story in a series or trilogy is always bittersweet. I fell in absolute deep love with Gentry, Roman and Asher. The depth of their characters, the way this trilogy has magically come alive has been one of the most enjoyable Shifter journeys I’ve been on yet… and that’s saying a lot. I’m going to forgo my usual light recap of parts of the story type of review this time. Not because there isn’t a lot to talk about – but I am afraid I’ll say too much. This story explodes with action, magic, danger, love, friendship and so many questions answered… and a few twists that I probably should have seen coming, but I didn’t. Ashlyn is exactly what Asher needs in his life, but never expected to find or pursue. There is so much that Ashlyn doesn’t know about her best friend, and her efforts to “rescue” her will, of course, go nowhere. You’ll feel different things for Ashlyn throughout the story – she is vastly changed from the innocent, determined girl who first arrived in Rangeley into a confident, powerful mate by the story’s end. We get a deeper understanding of Asher’s true powers that have only been hinted at up til now. As well as the terrible loneliness and burdens he’s had to carry for so many years. Ashlyn is changing him into something so much more than he ever dreamed possible. Asher is a powerful, intriguing and even compelling conclusion to an amazing trilogy. I sincerely hope that we will once again return to Rangeley and meet up with the Wolves of Winter’s Edge again soon. There are still so many possibilities that I hope will find their way into more tales to enjoy. I read this story through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.

Loved all the brothers but my favorite is Asher. He has so much power and tries hard to control it, but touching well that is not done, Enter Ashlyn who came rescue her best friend, who by now does not need rescuing. But Asher, his wolf and the rest are totally taken and intrigued by her, Asher knows he should leave her alone, but he can't stay away from her and keeps coming back for more of her. Things as alway come to a head, the Striker brothers their mates find themselves in a battle for their lives. A lot of things are revealed towards the end, things that will surprise you and astonish you and make the book that much better. T.S Joyce thank you for a fantastic and amazing adventure, I loved it and look forward to you next book.

Book 1 I enjoyed... I'm struggling to get through book 2 bc I'm not a fan of wussy heroines. However I am ridiculously loyal to TS Joyce because she's an amazing author so I decided to move onto book 3 -- Asher. Boy was this the motherload of story telling. I wasn't sure about the super natural element (introduced in book 1 - Gentry) In my opinion it got dicey with adding witchcraft for me when we're already dealing with shifters - what more magic do we need? These characters were flawed in the best way and it made this story so enjoyable. I'm excited TS is revisiting her former shifter romance series (Harpers, Blackwing etc) but this was good enough for me to ask for more in this world too. Great job and I'm excited for whatever TS Joyce has planned for us because she's just that good!

Phenomenal!!! Asher Striker, the oldest of the Stiker boys was born with immense power a dakness he called "The Taker" which he'd inherited from his mother. All he had to do was help his brothers, Gentry and Roman opening up the Hunter Cove Inn and then head out of town. Ashlyn Jenkins was in a mission to save her best-friend, Blaire (Gentry's mate) from the Striker brothers who she thought were psychopaths LoL. What she didn't expect was to found a very different Blaire than she knew and to see a side on Asher no one knew. Ashlyn was irritating the man but Asher's beast found her intriguing while The Taker wanted to devour her in a very pleasant way. She wanted to solve the mysteries surrounding Blaire and the Strikers. Despite himself, Asher found herself being drawn to Ashlyn and vice versa. As they got to know each other better, Asher went out of his way to make Ashlyn feel cosseted. When she found herself in peril, Asher unleashed the monsters that were within. The Strikers became closer than they have been in the past, they learned a lot about their origin. Asher and Ashlyn complemented each other, she was the light to his darkness. She was the only one who was able ti help him carry the load of his burdens. Loved the bond that formed between the thre pairs. ASHER the third and final installment in the WOLVES OF WINTER'S EDGE series by T. S. Joyce was outstanding, beautiful and emotional. My emotions were off the charts while reading this amazing book. T. S. Joyce once again brought us a series with characters many of us could relate to. 5++++

Enter Ashlyn, Blaire's BFF. She's quirky, zany, funny and takes everything in her stride, to the point where it is a little ridiculous. The plot was well driven and all the loose ends were pinned down and the novel was a satisfying ending to a decent series. The only con that bugged me about the whole plot was Ashlyn's almost blasé attitude to the huge changes happening around her. She went from a city girl who had never even probably thought of a werewolf in her life to accepting Asher within 2 days. Asher laid some VERY heavy shit on her in the space of that proverbial week the novel was set in and she seemed to breeze right passed it without even a thought of 'hmmm, is he a feckin' nut?'. That bit was stretching it I thought. She never even freaked out once! Even when she got caught up between Odine (who's true character is revealed in this book) and Asher as their 'Taker' personalities duel out in an epic battle. I mean I do realise that I am reading paranormal fiction but just a little bit of reality would be slightly okay. Other than that it was a good read and kept me turning the pages like most TS Joyce novels do. She has a formula and she sticks with it. That doesn't bother me at all and I buy her books specifically because I know what I am going to get. She's like a pan pepperoni pizza; delicious, reliable and great at night with a glass of red wine.

And he's attracted to her, even though he thinks she'd be safer if she left, but he's kind of torn because he wants to protect her. He recognizes her as his mate. So should she go or stay? There's something evil afoot as well. Things have been too quiet since the Bone-Ripper Pack alpha disappeared (see Roman, Wolves of Winter's Edge#2), but something is coming for Asher. This is a good ending to the trilogy. The characters are well-rounded and the plot is interesting. There's sex and violence in the story, but neither is so graphic that it is raunchy (in the case of sex) or too bloody (in the case of the violence). There's no connection to any of Joyce's other shifter series, but Hunter Cove Inn cabin 1010 is a nod to some of them ( the 3 Damon's Mountains series, and the 2 Harper's Mountains series). I enjoy almost everything T. S. Joyce writes, and I'm looking forward to the next publication.

Asher is the oldest and has the most demons. He also remembers the most about his childhood, and is the one who leads the brothers on their quest for the answers. He doesn't want the role as pack leader but it was born into him and there is nothing he can do to deny it. Enter Ashlyn, she is Blaire's best friend and is determined that Blaire has fallen into a cult and she is going to rescue her and bring her back to the real world. What Ashlyn never counted on was that Blaire is truly in love and happy and has a new life, and Ashlyn feels the sting of loss and doesn't know how to react, she also doesn't know how to react to Asher. This book is the third and focuses on Asher, but finishes the story of the Striker brothers and their quest to save the town their parents loved.

Asher is the 3rd and final book in this series. Bittersweet of course as always. Asher has earned a special place for me. The Dark Wolf. He's had it pretty rough. More so than his brothers. Smart mouth indeed! Sweet and cute and she really wasnt afraid of Asher. Accepted him fully. Not saying she didnt freak and she did but she accepted him. I loved the story. This series was much darker than her others. Some of her readers didnt like that it was so dark. I didnt mind it in the least. There's gotta be darkness and not everything can be pretty. Its gotta be real sometimes and thats what she did. Oh lawd I loved this series! Cant wait for her next series...she's going back to the mountains! Panthers!

Asher is book three and the conclusion of the Wolves of Winter's Edge series. I loved Asher. He was so quiet and broody, and you could tell he was a lonely broken man. Ashlyn was this bubbly ray of sunshine that made Asher feel hope and actually made him smile. Ashlyn was strong and able to stand up to someone as powerful as Asher. The remaining questions were answered and the big scene at the end was a little emotional. I was glad that the relationships among the three brothers mended and grew. Asher was a fun read. 4.5 stars. I did not like the book in Ashlyn's POV. I did like the story. Ash & Ash :) I have read most of TS Joyce's books and I have to say that I am pretty sure that this trilogy has my favorite characters. They are so deep and funny and moving. Every character has one thing or others draws the reader to them. I can't get enough! I'm 99.9% sure that I am going to turn right back around and read all three again starting tomorrow. I hate to play favorites (no I don't) but I think Asher was my favorite of the Striker brothers. While Gentry caught your eye & Roman made you laugh, Asher had your heart. He was the most misunderstood of the three and really reminded me of Ethan Blackwood from the Red Dead Mayhem series...which of course is part of why I love him so much. Ashlyn was a doll and I loved the happy ending they got...even Odine got one. It was a great wrap up to the overarching story too. T.S. Joyce really is a cut above the rest who write shifter romance. Her stories are always tight and engaging, and I love the way she can give a real sense of her characters without having to endlessly tell us about their quirks. When her characters become their animals it feels like they really do, wheras sometimes in the genre that can feel a bit perfunctory. This book was a really good end to the series. Asher is great, and works really well with Ashlyn. Haven't read a lot of her other serie T.S. Joyce really is a cut above the rest who write shifter romance. Loved it!!! My favorite in the series. Asher is such a man of mystery and darkness. Ashlyn is outspoken, so bubbly and uses humor to cover insecurities and as a way to protect herself from being hurt. She's like a light drawn to Asher's darkness. Used to his uncontrollable curse Asher is stumped when the "darkness" wants to protect Ashlyn and not just "take". Why is he so drawn to her? Was intrigued from the start to end of this book. Secrets are revealed, parts left my heart hurting, other part Loved it!!! My favorite in the series. Asher is such a man of mystery and darkness. 4.5 "asherhole" stars I'm so delight with this series because I have zero expectations and what a pleasant surprise I got! I love it. It's officially one of my favourite paranormal series from now on. We got the conclusion with this one, Asher's book, and what a banging ending this was!!! I was a bit apprehensive with Ashlyn being Asher's mate but I loved the lightness she was to his darkness and how she just clicked with him and we could see another side of him. Roman will forever be my favourite 4.5 "asherhole" stars I'm so delight with this series because I have zero expectations and what a pleasant surprise I got! I love it. If you haven't read book 1 and 2 you must do that before reading this book. This is Asher and Ashlyn's story, the wrap up for the Wolves of Winter's Edge series. It wasn't my favorite, but it was a good ending. Ashlyn was too mellow about everything that was going on. Her world was literally crumbling around her and she was totally fine with it. Although I love Asher's dark and broody thing he has going on I really don't care for "The Taker" aspect. It's weird. Spoiler included Ashlynn and Asher must learn to open their hearts and trust others. Will the darkness control Asher and destroy Ashlynn or will she be able to tame it? Lives hang in the balance as the conclusion of the series rocks our world. Is the future really set in stone or is it fluid enough to be changed by one small act? Can Mila be the alpha she needs to be or will someone else step up and take her place. If you haven't read the first two books in the series please read them first.

Perfect ending I absolutely love this story. Asher was scary. I didn't know what to expect from him. I was worried when Odine attacked Ashlyn but then when she protected Odine from Asher and her aura mixed with his I knew he would be okay. I can't believe he changed so much. I laughed and cried through the whole thing. I Love reading these stories. I feel like I'm right there experiencing things with them.

Even the most impossible things become a possibility when love is involved. Asher and Ashlyn face what destined portrayed as inevitable and yet never gave up on each other in spite of the doom. This write unleashed her magic yet again to make the third Striker brothers tale epic! This book is yet again another mind blowing must read! There really aren't enough words to describe it so.....just go ahead and read then you will know.
