Cute and smooth The story is so cute, love the way Annaleigh and Prescott fell in love. Circumstances made them realize what they feel. So love the way Prescott smoothly handled their feelings and when he finally decided to make it real. Nice one Casdie-Ann!

Was Good Not quite as good as the previous 3.5, and the only reason for that was there was no dual POV. I felt kinda slighted that we didn't get to know Prescott like we did Keeland, Maxwell and Reuben.

An Awesome Read! I loved reading Dirty Favor(The Dirty Suburbs Book 4), all about Annaleigh a 22 year old college Senior & Prescott Brooks her BFF's older brother the lawyer. While she's over at her BFF's condo she runs into her older brother Prescott who is spending the night since his ex threw him out of her house. While they are together talking he ask's her to,do a favor, be his fake Fiancé for a few weeks while he, woo's a big client. The author, wrote a story, about a shy bookworm who is made to come out of her shell for a chance with the hottest man she knows! Read this story and see what happens to Annaleigh & Prescott while they pretend to be engaged! I can't wait to read book 5.

Good quick romance. The only thing I wished for with this one was to get Prescott's view. Part of the fun (for me, at least) of the friends-to-lovers trope, is watching the friend realize that there's more there. Where Annaleigh had always had a crush, there wasn't much of a step, but it would've been fun hearing Prescott's thoughts as he realized that she was more than his little sister's best friend. But in only a short story, I suppose some things have to give way for space requirements. Singl Good quick romance. The only thing I wished for with this one was to get Prescott's view. Plus, it was a free find on Kindle.

Why do people think this kind of situation can end well? It can't. You aren't the exception to the rule. It will never end with a HEA. And if, by some miracle it does, you best believe there's a hell of a lot of pain and suffering that will come before the allusive HEA. Even if Prescott doesn't know it, from the moment the proposition tumbles from his lips there's no way in hell he's going to give Annaleigh up. From the leasing a house, the dinner party, even the photographs on the mantle... Prescott Why do people think this kind of situation can end well? It can't. You aren't the exception to the rule. All he needs to do is convince Annaleigh that it's no longer just a deal between friends.

Funny and Sweet Annaleigh and Preston are adorable and funny and opposites do attract. Preston needs a fake fiancé and Annaleigh needs a recommendation letter to get her dream job. They can definitely help each other. They play the part until it becomes real. Can two people who are do different have a chance? Great characters and storylines. Definitely need to read this.

Let's get dirty! Cassie-Ann just keeps delivering with the Dirty Suburbs books! In this one Annaleigh just doesn't see where she fits in, but this lawyer certainly can help her find it. Sweet, caring and laugh out loud this book has it all between these two characters!

Very good book, but no Prescott POV was a real disappointment for me... I felt like the story missed so much feelings and situations that could have been interpreted by Prescott input/voice. The book would have had a deeper impact on me. I place this one at the bottom of the series.

Loved this one Annaleigh and Prescott are a perfect match for one another. I love the fact that in this book of the series the sex wasn't within the first 3 chapters. Their feeling came out in the end and they have been in love with each other since they were kids

Not my favorite book in this series. I missed Prescott's POV without it the story was just a little flat. It's a novella so at least it didn't last long.

Okay read Short and sweet read with two people who’ve known each other a long time. Fake engagement leads to something more permanent. Was okay just very quick and instant love.

Love Once I started I didn’t want to put it down. Can a fairy tale come true? Can you get a happy ever after even though it’s suppose to be just for pretend?
