    This book says it is a low fat cookbook, but there weren't any nutritional values, nor number of servings for any of the recipes. Also, this book seems to have been written by someone from another country other than the United States. One of the recipes had an ingredient called Ultra gel (what is this?), which I have never heard of. It was added to a soup. The recipes looked delicious, and had a lot of vegetables and healthy ingredients.
