The basic premise of this book is a spiral. Thinking about life as a spiral, going back to when you were born, finding and rediscovering what brings you joy in life, meditation on your purpose, and refocusing on what you are being called to do in this lifetime. A good read if you want to recommit yourself to your life’s purpose.

Some parts applicable and inspiring, other parts not so much. What I do appreciate about Janet is that she acts as a guide for your journey, not as a know it all with pat answers. Worth the time for spiritual explorers. Part of a larger series of books/classes called The Five Things Your Soul Wants.

What a beautiful journey this is. I‘ll never forget what I‘ve experienced on that spiral. My abilities I discovered and everything I remembered. Read this if you want to dive deep into your soul.
