    Helpful explanations, even for a long-timer I have been keeping some level of ketogenic for the last three years- ever since I was diagnosed with paroxysmal dyskinesia. Keto was considered a long-shot hope, but it's been miraculous for me. I can walk consistently, and my rate of dystonic attacks dropped dramatically. However, weight loss has still eluded me. Angelica Stone goes into a lot of detailed explanation of why this might be the case.     Very Informative I have been on the ketogenic diet for 10 weeks, using exogenous ketones. I have done a fair amount of research and this is the book I would recommend to anyone interested in this process. It is well researched, yet easy to comprehend. The seven day menus and detailed recipes are helpful because it gives a clear picture of the ratio of the food groups that is effective. Thank you so much for this much needed book!
