Everything from the cover and synopsis all the way to how the book is tagged tell me this is a fairly cute and fluffy paranormal romance. That's what I was expecting and it's why I bought it. There is no indication that this book is all about sex. There is no indication that this book is saturated in profanity. I don't mind steam and I don't mind profanity. Toss a shirtless man with defined abs on the cover and that tells me what I'm buying. And the eponymous "lie" in this book is that the cover is telling me that it's something it is not.

What a fabulous addition to the series. So what happens when you end up a witch with too much power and trapped in a library. You try to get out any way you can. Dora had no idea that Julian was a warlock, let alone what she was going to do with his power. The rest of the council is afraid of her so she now spends all her time in the library. She is now spending her time trying to figure out how to get out. Marcus is the new king and a vampire. He should have enough to power to help her out. She What a fabulous addition to the series. Let's not forget Babayaga and her own brand of crazy. What a great job of taking a story and weaving it into this series. It can be hard to take someone else's vision of a place and still make it your own, yet weave the story to mesh with the rest. Fantastic job. Looking forward to reading more of these.

Wow!! This Novella was funny hot and totally sexy!! LOVED it. The author did really well writing this. Right to the point and compact. I didn't think so many thing could go on in a Novella this short but Ms. Renea Mason was awesome that way. BRAVO!! 4.5 Stars!!! Wow!! This Novella was funny hot and totally sexy!! LOVED it. This was such a sweet and light-hearted read. Quick, with a dash of humor and some spice. I adore this author and she did not fail to deliver with this tidbit.

A potty mouth romance, lol Dora is trapped in the library for life. She loves swearing and bows to no one. Marcus is a vampire with stealthy appetite for love making. They get summoned to stay in the library together until they learn to get along or die. Totally their choice. All while the spider shifter queen is wanting Marcus. What will come of this?

Eudora feels as though she is stuck in a world that wants nothing to do with her until a vampire walks into her library and changes her life forever. Eudora has spunk and sass and doesn't take no bull off of anyone even if he is the King. Marcus is the typical male womanizer but secretly wants someone he can not have. Add in the Spider Queen and Baba Yaga and you most definitely have something crazy going on. I laughed so hard throughout this book and rooted for Eudora and Marcus but most defini Eudora feels as though she is stuck in a world that wants nothing to do with her until a vampire walks into her library and changes her life forever. Humorous and enjoyable Easy to read, some laughs and the pink bathrobe adds to the warmth. Easy to read, nothing shocking, and relaxed. A comfortable time.

This book was really much better than a two star rating, it was well written although a little confusing at times. It just wasn't my cup of tea but I am sure other people will enjoy it. This book was unlike any shes written before. It was super fun and hilarious. The main character Dora gets trapped in a library by a tricky Warlock she was dating. He gives her His powers and so the Council spells her to never leave the library. So there she is stuck working and living in it. But one day the King of Vampires makes a mistake that will be in Dora's favor. But The King of Vampires, Marcus seems crazy infatuated with Dora. Not what will he do with Dora.....
