Patrick Bet-David is one of my internet idol. He has so many great vlogs about how to be successful financially. So i bought this book and after reading it, i found it very straight forward. it tells us to take full control of our time and be deliberate with our actions. The life of an entreprenuer is not that easy as most people think about. One must be passionate on doing the things that they love doing.

Yes you can say that this book repeats what many other books on the same subject say, but what it does do that others don;t is to compress it into only 90 pages rather than the thousands of pages of the dozens of books I've read on the same subject. And if I had read this FIRST I would have had time to read and do something else. This is a great first read on the topic and a great summary read when you've read all around the topic. Thank's Thomas - I enjoyed the read! simple yet challenging guideline to follow. It would take commitment to do anything and be great at it. However, given that success is the journey of itself, enjoying your journey toward successful life and you are enjoying your success already.

As a long time valuetainer, I didn't find this book to particularly that useful. It's just a reiteration of what PBD says in his videos. So if you are big Valuetainment fan, I wouldn't recommend this book to you. Other than that, I think anyone could learn a thing or two from this short and easy to read book. All-in: I choose to drive not drift! 5 steps to build resiliency: • Maintain a positive attitude. (Long term positive) • Establish a support network. Nobody does it alone. Find the right people. • Take care of you. Fitness and regular exercise, having lasting energy. • Play to your strengths. Keep pushing strengths and get people to notice if you stray away from them. • Be the doctor. “What am I seeing right now and what can I do about it right now with the team and (medical) tools I have with me right now?” My best take: be the doctor, what is the one thing I can do now, with the tools I have now, that will make the greatest positive impact?

There are a lack of people who are successful entrepreneurs writing books or taking the time to explain their success. That job seems to fall into the hands of biographers or so called motivational speakers, who themselves have not DONE anything other than motivate. Motivation is a tiny piece of the puzzle. I enjoyed how Patrick explained how to create a vision. It is the foundation on which the rest of the book is built. Another great value add is the 5 steps to building resiliency.
