This book is part of the Effortless Chef series and contains over 50 popsicle recipes. Who on a warm summer day doesn't want a nice refreshing popsicle and with this book you can have a different one for almost two months. Winner!! I picked a couple to tempt you with. Needs a new editor If I could have given no stars I would have. Typos and recipe inconsistencies throughout. Mentions special equipment in ingredients but makes no further mention as to what equipment they are referring to.

Seriously needs an editor for typos and inconsistencies in typing formatting and recipe formatting. Some recipes sound okay, but some sound downright disgusting.

Good inspiration Good recipes. Something for everyone. However, I thought instructions could be her written. Nice photos, but there did not always seem to be a corresponding recipe.
