I was fortunate enough to win a copy of this through Goodreads. I entered to win it with a particular niece in mind. I read the writings provided by Ms. Gray. There were so many entries that I thought were great for girls to read. I appreciated Rise, Rise above the boisterous noise Of the manufactured dramas That surround you Rise that you might have A clearer view Of the bigger picture What really matter Rise that you might breathe..... And Use Your Words was quite meaningful. This is a journal/book t I was fortunate enough to win a copy of this through Goodreads. I entered to win it with a particular niece in mind. And Use Your Words was quite meaningful. This is a journal/book that would be valuable for so many teen girls as they navigate their way through that turbulent time and can easily loose sight of what is important and true for them. Consider giving this as a gift the girls in your life. My niece sent me a letter today thanking me for sending her a copy. She shared why it meant so much. It will continue to be on my gift giving list.

*I won a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* Well-written poems that can be a daily affirmation for anyone, not jut girls. Lots of great points to think about, and I like the space for journaling at the same time.
