Anna and Nadia rush off onto packland after Hayley with the idea of rescuing her and their bear shifter friend, Jed. But what they don't realise is that Hayley is already mated to the Alpha of the Pack and Jed is mated to the sister of the Alpha, being their fated mates. They come across Jon and Abe, who are looking for the Alpha's mate so that she can lift their spell she placed on Abe to keep him trapped insi His Mate- Brothers- Jon An enjoyable second book to His Mate- Brothers- Lyle and Abe. Anna and Nadia rush off onto packland after Hayley with the idea of rescuing her and their bear shifter friend, Jed. But what they don't realise is that Hayley is already mated to the Alpha of the Pack and Jed is mated to the sister of the Alpha, being their fated mates. They come across Jon and Abe, who are looking for the Alpha's mate so that she can lift their spell she placed on Abe to keep him trapped inside his wolf-form. Needless to say, the witches don't believe them about their mating at first and a few spells are thrown about, even more so when it becomes apparent that both witches are, in fact, their own fated mates too. Something else that the witches refuse to believe! But after seeing Hayley and Jed for themselves, there's not much more they can argue about on that score. And then, they're attacked by a warlock! A warlock who was rather taken by Anna at one time until she rebuffed him because of his dark magic. His attack is directed solely at her mate Jon, who he sends to a different realm and only Anna herself can see and hear him- probably because of their mating bond together. And so the hunt begins to find the warlock. Zac, the vampire helps out, Jed the bear and Mae are there too and all the other mates. The only shame is that the pack remain anonymous in this book, it would have been nice to have a little familiarity with the rest of the wolves, if only by name as they report in to the Alpha etc. But, other than that, I would recommend this book to all that are into paranormal, especially with an HEA.

   Liked ending to previous book This book was more intense than the previous one. I liked seeing Anna grow to accept her mate and fight for him to survive. The only thing I didn't like was how Nadia treated her mate at the end part it was as if she couldn't stand him even though she mated him.    Fantastic I really enjoyed reading this story. I think I liked this one better than Lyle's. There was a good deal more story, action and humor. I am looking forward to reading more by this author.
