The second of 4 installments of Time Trial takes Clio on a journey back in time to the sinking of the Lusitania and then into the middle of the battle of Gettysburg. The "rat bastard" is giving Clio no choice but to travel using her Chronos key. The artwork in this chapter is stunning and I can see a lot of the qualities of Clio's parents as Clio shows compassion and bravery no matter what is thrown at her. Clio has been thrust back in time by a psycho who sets her a series of challenges. She knows some things of time travel thanks to her parents but hasn't done it yet on her own. She knows what could happen if she changes too much or otherwise interferes but that is exactly what her tormentor wants as he flings her onto a sinking ship and then into one of the worst battles of the Civil War. Clio's fear and determination feel true to character. She's afraid of making mistakes but she doesn't let it Clio has been thrust back in time by a psycho who sets her a series of challenges. I was eager to see what came next. The art and coloring is also very good in this.
