I won this cookbook from Goodreads First Reads and I am very impressed with all the information and recipes available to promote healthy nutrition for your toddlers. The reading at the beginning of the cookbook is interesting and there are a few photos of the recipes spread throughout the cookbook that are beautiful. The reading at the beginning of the cookbook is interesting and there are a few photos of the recipes spread throughout the cookbook that are beautiful. There are many recipes that you will want to try. One of the best things you can ever do for your children is to teach them to eat the right foods made with the right ingredients in the correct quantities to promote health, happiness and avoid unnecessary diseases, obesity, and unnecessary complications that come from bad food. Teaching your children to eat right really shows your love. I know you will want to try the Buttermilk "Fried" Chicken and Waffles. We loved the Buckwheat Bolognese and highly recommend this recipe. We love eating whole Grains and Vegetables and there is a very good Appendix at the back of the book that will instruct you on Cooking Whole Grains. There are many recipes in this cookbook that all look beautiful and healthy. I highly recommend that you buy, gift, but most importantly buy, read, and make some great food for your toddlers. You won't be disappointed.

Finally! Food a toddler WANTS to eat! Not a Cheerio to be found, either. This book offers real food; the kind of food we should ALL be eating.
