Legit the book you need if you've found yourself in a coaching/leadership/management position and need a plan to develop your peeps and grow your biz. This is the first book I've read on coaching (I think) and it was thorough enough for me to believe I'm an expert 🤓😂 Legit the book you need if you've found yourself in a coaching/leadership/management position and need a plan to develop your peeps and grow your biz. I especially love that Dr. Colgate takes the "mystery" out of coaching by drilling down to the fact that it is really just high-quality feedback that is given (and received) to help people grow their skills and capabilities. So much great advice that I can use today: Every now and then a book comes along that I read cover to cover in one day.... THIS is one of those books.
