Excellent little collection of quick library activities; most can be prepped in ten minutes and completed in less than twenty. The real strength is its adaptability. Games can be adjusted younger and older, smaller groups and larger. Written for school librarians, but most games are flexible enough to be adapted to the public library world. Many good motion/active choices too, very needed for kids in school and after school.

I like games more than most worksheets. Kids definitely prefer games over worksheets. What's not to love about a book that compiles a whole bunch of library games?! Sure some games fit my space(s) better than others, but I love that this book inspires me to keep things lively in the library. I like games more than most worksheets.
