Must have for recovery My daily readers are a must for me. This form is more portable for me as opposed to carrying a book with me. It also preserves my anonymity as I choose. Recovery is priority and twelve step work is a daily activity , just by having this form of a daily reader helps me and I would recommend it for everyone in recovery

If a 'higher power' isn't in your belief system, parts of the book will chafe. However, there are many excellent gems in here to help through your difficult days. I bookmarked and highlighted all over this one. If a 'higher power' isn't in your belief system, parts of the book will chafe. Lifesaver! I've been in AlAnon 20 years and this is my favorite meditation book. I felt like someone was reading my mind when I bought it the first time in 1996. Highly recommend this to anyone dealing with an alcoholic drinking or sober and especially if you grew up in an alcoholic home. , Lifesaver!
