A Texas Western After the Civil War During the Time of the new Texas Rangers CH has penned a Texas Ranger novel, which takes place immediately after the war. The Texas Volunteer Force becomes the Texas Rangers. The first 3 Rangers are assigned to an Indian mission. Their objective is to track and eliminate Indians that refuse to leave farmers, ranchers, and towns alone. This is an excellent read for the genre.....ER
