Pindi Bhattian Motorway was finally constructed mis-using Pakistani tax payers money and was again arbitrarily awarded violating all bidding procedures by Pakistans usurper ruler Musharraf ! It took many years to contruct and was only commissioned around 2007. In civilized states, the state strives for development of its people and infrastructure but Pakistan is an opposite case !
