Rockport has several great little series within their ever-expanding collection of must-have design volumes, and those by Timothy Samara are no exception. I actually like these (Design Evolution and Design Elements) more than his Workbook series, but both are excellent additions. The writing is great, the case studies relevant, and the overall design is clean and efficient.
