Gigi was having ladies over for lunch, in freshing up, she couldn’t find her perfume bottle. Instead it was on the vanity, something was wrong, welts were appearing and her epi pen couldn’t be found. Claire and the cousins get involved to figure out why she was murdered. Also goes into the personal problems some of them are facing. The family drama, gossip in this small town. Good series not to be missed

Interesting series I really hadn't planned on reading the entire series, but it's so hard to let these people go! The characters are well fleshed out, to the point that they real in one's mind. While there are a few I'd like to slap upside their heads, many of them would be great friends. There is always a a mystery and they're usually good! Great series! Her series was the most entertaining books I have read in such a long time. As soon as I read one, I was getting the next one. I am so sad that I have finally read the last one. A gifted author!

Easy read Easy read, a bit like Alison golden's " a body in the wood". The laurie character is a somehow troubling, raising complex questions about the dead.... A great series, that looks at some hard issues about life in general and how we all deal with the things that happen around us.

I'm sad to be at the end of this series but happy I read the books in order, one after the other. I hope there will be more. This episode (yes, it would make a great TV series) again fleshed out Claire, still grieving over Laurie 's death but settling into her relationship with Ed. Claire has been appointed the guardian of Eugene in the event of his mother's death. When his mother is murdered the 3 cousins' investigation mode kicks in. Much drama, jealousy, extortion, more murder.......really a I'm sad to be at the end of this series but happy I read the books in order, one after the other. I hope there will be more. Excellent prose Panel's characters are quite vivid. Her stories are like reading about real flesh and blood people and their struggles and weaknesses. I enjoyed the entire series and give my whole hearted recommendations to her books. Thank you Pamela for not putting in vulgarity and language. To me cussing shows ones inability to articulate their words properly. You nailed it in your entire series. Excellent prose Panel's characters are quite vivid. Another fun entry in the Rose Hill Mysteries series finds Claire mourning the death of the temporary police chief and trying to figure out where to go with her life. Meanwhile she and her cousins are trying to solve the murder of another prominent Rose Hill citizen. This is the last of the series so far. I´ll be interested to see if she continues it.

Another great Rose Hill mystery! I'm still very partial to the character Claire, and Eugene was another great addition to the small town mystery series. All the residents in Rose Hill have very realistic personalities and problems. This is the last instalment so far; can't wait until Ms. Grandstaff publishes her next book!
