    This book will offer some convenient alternatives to bring to parties, get-togethers, and gatherings. It was pleasantly surprising to see that it includes a lot of dairy free options. I like the photos!... ... I’m not a fan of sweeteners, including natural & artificial, and most of the recipes include some form of sweetener. (Hence the lowered stars)... But I will try the recipes without the sweeteners because they look good otherwise.

    Great way to make Keto work. Many ideas to help you eat relatively normal meals , though carb free, then add a fat bomb or two to get your Keto macros right. Relying on Keto meal recipes alone will usually leave you with too much protein. Fat bombshell easily get you to the right ratios!

    Good recipes, but the square shape of the book made it awkward to hold and the tiny print made it hard to read. Using a lighter type-face for the actual recipe as opposed to the bold face used in the rest of the book also made it harder to read. Even with newer glasses it looked blurry compared to the darker type.

    Everything looks delicious, but I can't eat sweeteners. Most recipies are useless to me. In addition, the nutrition facts are kind of weird. The recipe gives 2 stacks of two chaffels, but the nutrition facts are for only 1. Maybe because it looks better if the sweet chaffels have <400 kcal.     The savory fat bombs sounded good but most of them are full of dairy products. So depending on how healthy you want your low carb diet to be that may not be an option. 3/4 of the book consisted of sweet fat bombs and smoothies that require Stevia, erythritol, and a sweetener called “Swerve.” Eliminating sugar and replacing it with processed sweeteners contradicts what the high fat low carb diet is about. Maybe I’m missing something?
