    I maj månad skall jag bara äta veganmat. Att gå från att äta kött till att helt ta bort animaliska produkter kräver mer planering och tänkande än jag brukar lägga ner på mat. Lånade denna för att få tips på bra recept. Även fast i stort sett alla recept är vegetariska så kan man göra dem veganska rätt lätt. Jag har provat ett antal recept och kommer prova fler. Kanonbra bok för den som vill äta vegetariskt utan att behöva använda alla köttsubstitut som finns idag. Rekommenderas starkt!

    Ihan kelpo keittokirja. Ei mitään maailmoja mullistavia keksintöjä, vaan hyviä perusreseptejä arkeen. Minulle uusia juttuja olivat maissitärkkelyksessä pyöritelty tofu (Pad thai rapeasta tofusta, s. 125) ja hasselpähkinäkreemi (Lasagne hasselpähkinäkreemistä ja herkkusienistä, s. 105), jota tosin en sen työläyden takia varmaan ota omaan arkiruokarepertuaariin. Miinusta porkkanaraasteen änkeämisestä joka toiseen reseptiin. Ei hyvä idis, vaikka sillä ehkä saakin huijattua lapset syömään kasviksia.
