    This is a great book for people who are new to essential oils and even those just looking for some new recipes. Lots of info here. Contains different programs for multiple ailments. Nice for reference.

    This is a great book for learning how to create different essential oil blends for a wide range of issues, from congestion, to muscle pain to hangovers and PMS. I enjoyed learning about how different combinations can enhance the oils' powers and treat different problems. I don't give the book 5 stars because I didn't like the organization. For instance, on chapter 4 the author outlines different rituals stressing the oils to create blends for each ritual that can be used daily. However, I found that the book was getting repetitive and it seemed like following "Dr. Hope's" suggestions would have you using essential oils all day long for everything which just doesn't seem logical or feasible.     Ummm I liked this book for it's suggestions on how to create daily rituals using oils and for the oil treatment recipes (utilizing 5 basic oils) but there was some information in here that wasn't exactly correct so I wouldn't really recommend it as a reference guide. I've also been taking a 4 week course (one night/week) so the book has been a good supplement to the class. I could follow along easily but he didn't talk down to me. I asked Santa for some organize oils and a diffuser for Christmas after reading this book. Thank you so much for explaining it to me. I have alot of hope now that these oils can help me in my life. I had been wanting to learn more about essential oils and how to use them for myself and around my home.     This book is an easy to follow guide for any beginner that wants to delve into the world of holistic healing. Gillerman does a great job of building on information, meaning she begins with the basics, then shows the reader how to further integrate essential oils into his or her daily routine. I am excited to try all of the different recipes she provides for various ailments. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find new ways to take care of themselves!!
