A lot of it is repetitive. It’s essentially the same ritual copy pasted 7 times with slight variation by circumstance. Also, the author can’t tell the difference between “your” and “you’re.” I gave two stars instead of one because there is useful information, and starting out I was intrigued by it. I just wish it had more meat to it. At least it’s short, so I don’t feel like I wasted my time.

Basically the book is really short and you can read it while drinking your coffee. But that wouldn't mean necessarily it's bad. The thing is, about 40% is the content of the book. The other 30% is just copy-paste of the same ritual with different titles and the last 30% is author's marketing content. It's had some really nice potential but poorly executed.
