DAT COVER THO! JUBILEE IS V COOL I'm sorry but as an opening for a new series, this issue seems a little bit shallow -.- Just a bunch of X-Men that got attacked by Sentinels while training in some arcade playing laser tag. Why they train in a freaking arcade? Well because apparently Wolverine someone broke the Danger Room. Luckily Baron Kelly interfered the battle and sent the Sentinels back. Then Kelly explained to the X-Men a place called Clear Mountain, "A haven for waywards mutants with a desire to find a new path in life." The next day they paid a visit to Clear Mountain and met with it director, Cassandra Nova. That director lady is a bit creepy and I'm pretty sure she's the villain in this series.

A throwback to my childhood! I was so excited to read this (albeit a little nervous--I haven't been too thrilled with X-Men as of late. AVX was a huge letdown for me)! Basically, '92 was the year I started reading comics, and I fell in love with X-Men immediately. They quickly became my favorite heroes/hero team. I'm also a die-hard Claremont fan, as I'm sure most people of my generation are. I was torn when it came to the art. On one hand, I was strongly reminded of the art style in '92, but on A throwback to my childhood! On one hand, I was strongly reminded of the art style in '92, but on the other, I felt it was just too rough for me. The story was strong, though, and I really liked the twist on something that I felt had grown stale over the years. The ending was a little surprising, as the character you see wasn't around at the time, and this was meant to be a nostalgic comic, but it was interesting, I suppose. This definitely warrants more reading. I LOVED it!

I'm not sure we should judge books based on the conduct of their authors, but Chris Sims is a bully. Earlier this year, he admitted to a strategic cyber-attack against another author. A campaign that last for 4 years. He's the last person who should be writing the X-Men. I can't separate his deplorable behavior from this nostalgic fanfic. Marvel and Chad Bowers should both be ashamed to be involved with this piece of fiction. I'm not sure we should judge books based on the conduct of their authors, but Chris Sims is a bully. The X-men from the 90 ' s are back! I first got Into this series from the 90 ' s cartoon. So it was.cool to remincese on those times. In a time peace, Baron Kelly speaks of a mutant rehabilitation center for the evil mutants called The Cold Mountain Institute The gang decide to check it out. But of course things aren't what them seem! The X-men from the 90 ' s are back! I first got Into this series from the 90 ' s cartoon. So it was.cool to remincese on those times.
