    I am currently preparing vodcasts for PhD students, so I'm reading the time management 'literature.' As a genre, some of this material (most of this material?) is Oprahfied 'believe and achieve' guru-led nonsense, but there are few good ideas that are useful. This is a short book that is well structured and offers key strategies to make goals achievable through time management.     3.5-4 stars. I like how the book talked about goal setting; it provided some good questions to ask. Otherwise, the book was good - easy to read and follow along; however, I did notice a few typos and for some parts (the parts about food and being healthy) why that's 100% true, it's not only easier said than done (Sherman should've said we should be prepared to fail at anytime/several time....and this may not even relate to dieting). Some things, too, I had also heard before and I may be a bit sk 3.5-4 stars. I like how the book talked about goal setting; it provided some good questions to ask.     I might have read one too many articles like this There seems to be a lot of regurgitated information in this book. However it suddenly goes into diet and foods to eat. If I had wanted to read about foods a fairly large section of it. I would have gotten a book on that not on productivity.
